From the moment we arrived, Elena, the owner of the hotel, was incredibly kind and polite. She even allowed us to check in early. the room was spacious, clean, and fresh, with daily cleaning service. We loved the air conditioning in the bedroom, and the balcony with palm trees was a wonderful touch. Despite being close to the clubs, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. Elena went above and beyond, waiting for us to finish dinner before we checked out. We are so grateful for her hospitality!
Nothing to mention 🌟.

The room at Milounapa was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved the simple yet welcoming decor and the soft, plush bed. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.
The only thing I didn't quite fancy was the small bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

Excellent location near the town center and quiet for a good sleep. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking palm trees. Elena, the hostess, was kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The daily cleaning service was a plus. Despite being close to clubs, the room was peaceful and we had a comfortable sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The property was clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find clean towels and even an EU to UK adapter in the room. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel had internet access in all areas and rooms, which was a bonus for staying connected.

The apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! It had a separate bedroom, kitchen, and a balcony with a palm tree overlooking it. The balcony was a perfect mix of sun and shade, with a table and chairs for breakfasts and evening drinks. The kitchen had all the necessary utilities and the bed was super comfortable. The location was convenient, with a small supermarket and an amazing fruteria shop nearby. The walk to the sea was about 20 minutes. The pricing was great too! The host, Elena, was incredibly kind and welcoming. The whole studio was spacious, with a spacious shower, kitchen, and a huge balcony. It was a bit far from the beach, but far enough from the party noises at night. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and having a midnight snack in the evening. The lady who ran the hotel was really kind, and the location was amazing! Everything was close by - the bus station, bars, and clubs. Elena, the owner, was super caring and we loved her energy. The apartment was perfect for 2-3 people, with a chill terrace and a super quiet atmosphere. We had an absolutely super stay and would definitely go back again.

during our recent stay in ayia napa, Milounapa exceeded our expectations. the host Elena was incredibly welcoming and the spacious studio, equipped with a well-stocked kitchen, made our romantic trip even more enjoyable. the location was great, just a short walk away from the city center but still peaceful and quiet.
Limited mirrors in the room.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk away from the beach. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the city center, allowing easy access to all the attractions in Ayia Napa. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the balcony provides a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast or relax with a drink in the evening.
The shower pressure was poor, making it difficult to enjoy a refreshing bath.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from the city center and all the bars and restaurants. It was also equipped with everything we needed, from clean towels to a fully stocked kitchen. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and even lending us a UK power adapter.
That the hotel was not very close to the beach. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest beach, and if you wanted to visit the beautiful Nissi beach, it was a 40-minute walk or a bus ride away.
